Step 1 Presentation
Ask “Are you healthy? Do you want to be healthy? What
diet should we have if you want to be healthy? We should
have a healthy diet and lifestyle. Let me see if you
have a healthy diet and lifestyle. Now answer the
questions.
Step 2 Integrated skills A1
(1) Read the instruction to the class.
(2) Call attention to the six questions in the
questionnaire and have some students read them.
(3) Say, now listen to the conversation and put a tick
in the correct boxes.
(4) Play the recording the first time. Students only
listen.
(5) Play the recording a second time. Ask students to
put ticks.
(6) Check the answers.
Step3 Integrated skills A2
Say: What’s your lifestyle like? Now read the
questions again and put a tick in the correct boxes
to show your lifestyle.
Step4 Integrated skills A3
Call attention to the table. Explain to the students
what it means and make sure all the students understand
how to do it.

(1)Point to the six questions. Read them to the class.
(2)Say: How healthy are you and your partner?
(3)Say, What’s your partner’s health score? Work it
