Step I Presentation
1.Present a picture about basketball players.
Look, who are these men in the picture?
Ss: They are basketball players. They play basketball very ball.
T: This isKobe. He is tall. He looks very strong.
2. Find out diffrents about sentences
Look at these sentences. Pay attention to the verbs.
We use the verb“to be” in these three sentences while we use the
verbs “to do” in these ones.
解释:当谈论经常性,习惯性的动作,爱好,能力时,常用行为动词的一
般现在时。
4.提醒学生注意其中行为动词的形式:
当主语是第一,第二人称和第三人称复数时,行为动词使用原形。当主
语是第三人称单数时,行为动词使用第三人称单数形式。When the subject
is he/she/it, we need to add an“s”to the verb.

1.呈现一般现时的否定句,一般疑问句及回答。
Millie and Simon are talking about their favourite sports. Please
read their conversation.
Millie: I like O’Neil very much. He plays basketball very well.
Simon: Of course. He looks very tall and strong. Do you often watch
his games?
Millie: Yes, I do. What about you?
Simon: Oh, I don’t like basketball. My father and I like football
very much.
Millie: What about your mother?
Simon: My mother doesn’t like football at all.
