《Unit 7 Going shopping Reading Ⅱ》教案
【教学目标】
1.知识目标:
A 层 重点单词:cost, cheap, last, match, pink, pretty, enough, change,
重点短语: just a minute, take a look, last year, different kinds of,different from
B 层重点句子:Can I help you? How much do they cost? What can I do for you?
They match her pink coat. I’ll take them. Here’s your change.
2.能力目标:
A 层 To master new words and phrases
B 层 To increase Ss’ ability of role play of shopping
【重点难点】
A 层 To master new words and phrases in the reading passage.
B层 To increase awareness of different registers.

StepⅡPractice
1. ask students to do partB1.individually,
then ask some able Ss to explain them in English.
2. Ask them to write a new sentence using one of the identified words in B1.
3,Divide the class into pairs to check answers.
1. According to the context.
Write a “T” if the sentence is true . write an”F” if it is false. Then check the answers
together.
StepⅢPractice
1.Make sure that students understand the purpose of the activity. Relate this exercise
to the students’ own experience.
2,Allow sufficient time for Ss to check details in the conversations .on page 84.
3.Divide the class into pairs. This is especially useful for less able students.
4.Walk around the class and provide help in terms of vocabulary but not the actual problem
itself.
2. Go through the answers with the whole class .If there are different interpretations.
Ask students to check the conversations again.

Ask 3 students to act out the conversation, one for Amy, one for shopkeeper 1 and the last
one for shopkeeper 2.
